Turnaround Time
All of our footwear is custom-painted and made to order. Current turnaround times are listed in the header of our website and may vary throughout the year based on demand and order volume. Please refer to the header for the most accurate production estimate.

Ready to Ship Items
Products from our Ready To Ship collection and all accessories typically ship within 3–4 business days. If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, they may ship separately.

Shipping & Delivery
Once your order is complete, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

• Domestic Orders: Delivery takes 2–5 business days after the item ships.

• International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination and may be delayed by customs.

Shipping Carriers
We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx, based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and service level.

International Orders
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees upon delivery. These are not included in the purchase price.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@stadiumcustomkicks.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
