We customize cleats, turf shoes, sneakers, and lifestyle shoes — as long as they are brand-new and unworn.

Absolutely. We welcome creative requests. Trademarked logos require approval or licensing.

Mockups can be requested in advance for an additional fee. Please fill out our order form to get started.

At this time, we do not offer repainting or restoration services for worn custom footwear. The only exception is if there was an issue with the original pair that falls under our quality review. If you believe there was an issue with your order, please contact us and our team will be happy to review it.

No. We only paint — we do not alter shoe structure or add cleats to non-cleated shoes.

Our team works through orders according to the turnaround time shown at checkout. If your order is still within that window, it is actively in progress. For rush orders or orders exceeding the estimated timeframe, you may contact us with your order number.
