1. How do I order?

2. What determines the cost for a pair of Stadium Custom Kicks?
The two main factors include the amount of time required to go through the customization process, and the amount of materials required to complete the order.
3. Does Stadium Custom Kicks supply the footwear for customization?
For "Shop Footwear" ONLY, each order includes the footwear pictured. HOWEVER, for "Create Your Own", either you, the client, supplies the footwear or we can supply the footwear at an additional cost. All footwear must be brand new. Any footwear not suitable for customization will be mailed back at the client's expense.
4. How long do orders take to be fulfilled?
At this time, all orders have an estimated turnaround time of 4-6 weeks. This means, from the day we receive your order, you will receive them back in approximately 4-6 weeks. Prior to ordering a "Create Your Own" custom, please contact us and we will assist you as best as possible. All clients will be notified once their order is shipped
*DISCLAIMER* Due to high demand, turnaround times on orders may be subject to change without notice. We will do our best to meet all of your timing and customization needs, however there is no 100% guarantee on turnaround times unless discussed prior with Stadium Custom Kicks.
5. Can I actually wear/play in my Stadium Custom Kicks?
Yes, all equipment is painted using a flexible, durable, non-cracking acrylic paint throughout a special six-step process to ensure that the paint job is durable and will withstand being worn for casual or athletic purposes. However, your custom footwear is still subject to being scuffed and damaged just like any other footwear.
6. Do you put cleats on the bottoms of shoes?
No, we do not put cleated bottoms on any footwear.
7. How can I return my Stadium Custom Kicks?
Since each order is individualized to the client, there are no returns, exchanges, or refunds on any orders once the order is placed. There are no exceptions to this policy. For any serious issues, please message us and we will assist you as best as possible.
