All Stadium Custom Kicks footwear and designs are made to order, so production starts shortly after checkout. To cancel or modify your order, reach out to our team right away—timing is critical.

Shipping Locations
Stadium Custom Kicks ships worldwide to the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia, Australia, and South America.
International Orders

Production Time
All orders are custom made and hand-painted. Production typically takes 4–6 weeks. Shipping time begins after production is completed.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because all products from Stadium Custom Kicks are custom made to order, returns and exchanges are limited.
Custom Footwear
Custom footwear is non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a verified issue with:
• Product defects
• Incorrect item received
• Damage during shipping

Apparel & Accessories
Non-custom items may be eligible for returns or exchanges if:
• The item is unused
• The item is in original condition

Stadium Custom Kicks works with teams, companies, and organizations looking for custom footwear for their group. We regularly create custom cleats and shoes for professional teams and athletes, college and high school programs, youth sports teams, corporate events and brand collaborations, and special occasions and group projects.
Each pair is hand-painted and made to order by our team of professional artists, allowing every design to be completely unique.
No Minimum Order
There is no minimum quantity required for team or company orders. Whether you need one pair or a large group order, we can work with you to create a custom design that fits your vision.
Custom Design Options
Team and company orders can include team colors, player names and numbers, school or company logos, mascots or branding elements, and special event or commemorative designs. Our artists will work with you to bring your concept to life.
Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround time is typically 4–6 weeks, but timelines can vary depending on order size, design complexity, and current production volume. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee depending on availability.
How to Get Started
To begin a team or company order, please contact us with the following information: team or organization name, estimated number of pairs, preferred footwear model if known, design ideas or inspiration, and timeline for when the footwear is needed. Our team will review your request and help guide you through the design and ordering process.
