Pricing depends on the complexity of the design, time involved, and materials used.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Do you offer payment plans or financing?

Yes — we offer interest-free installments through Shop Pay (if eligible).

How do I make my order a rush order? How much extra does it cost?

Contact us via our Contact Page with the product, size, location, and date needed. Rush orders are reviewed case-by-case and are not always available.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Orders cannot be canceled or changed after submission due to immediate production planning.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes — digital gift cards are available in various amounts and can be used toward any order.

Do you work with teams or companies for special events or bulk orders?

Customization & Design

What types of footwear do you customize?

We customize cleats, turf shoes, sneakers, and lifestyle shoes — as long as they are brand-new and unworn.

Can I request a custom theme, name, number, or message?

Absolutely. We welcome creative requests. Trademarked logos require approval or licensing.

Can I request a specific artist or style?

You may reference past work. We'll do our best to match your vision with the right artist.

Can I reorder a past design I saw on your page?

Yes — if the base shoe is available. Just send us a screenshot or link via our Contact Page.

Can I get a mockup before placing a Create Your Own Design order?

Mockups can be requested in advance for an additional fee. Please fill out our order form to get started.

Do you repaint or restore worn customs?

No — we do not offer repainting or restoration at this time.

Do you offer cleat conversions or sole swaps?

No. We only paint — we do not alter shoe structure or add cleats to non-cleated shoes.


Shipping & Order Status

What is your current turnaround time?

Please refer to the banner at the top of our website for the most current turnaround time.

How can I check the status of my order?

Reach out via our Contact Page with your order number.

How will I know when my order ships?

You’ll receive tracking information via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for updates to appear.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged in transit?

File a claim with the carrier and notify us via our Contact Page. We'll assist however we can.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any import taxes or customs duties.


Footwear & Care

What sizes do you offer?

Most styles are available in men’s sizes 6–18. Youth and women’s sizes can often be accommodated.

Do you customize youth or women’s footwear?

Yes — if we can source the shoe or you provide a new, unworn pair.

Can I wear Stadium Custom Kicks in games or everyday use?

Yes — our 6-step paint process is made for performance, but normal wear and scuffing may still occur.

Are the paint and materials waterproof?

They are water-resistant — avoid full submersion or machine washing.

How do I care for my custom footwear?

Clean gently with a soft cloth and mild soap. View our accessories here.

How long do the designs last?

With proper care, our designs hold up well through regular use. Avoid dragging or chemicals.

Can I send in worn shoes for customization?

No. All shoes must be brand-new and unworn for painting.


Policies & Support

What is your return or refund policy?

All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds due to the custom nature of our work.

Will sold-out shoes or sizes be restocked?

Restocks vary by style. Some limited editions may not return. Feel free to contact us for updates.

Do you offer mockups for Shop Footwear orders?

No. Shop Footwear is pre-designed and finalized. Mockups are only available for Create Your Own orders.

How do I contact your team?

Do you work with NIL athletes or offer brand collaborations?

Yes! We work with athletes and companies for NIL deals, collabs, and special campaigns. Contact us to learn more.

Do you offer customer support during weekends or holidays?

Support is available Monday through Friday. Response times may be delayed on weekends and holidays.
