All custom footwear is made to order. Production typically takes 4–6 weeks from the date your order is placed. During peak seasons, production may take slightly longer.
Rush production is available for select orders. Please contact our team before placing your order to confirm availability and pricing for expedited service.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier's website, in your order confirmation or in our TRACK MY ORDER page.
We offer standard ground shipping (5–7 business days) and expedited shipping (2–3 business days) within the continental US. Shipping times begin after production is complete.
Yes, we ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes determined by your country. Delivery times vary by location.
