Can I cancel or modify my order once placed?

Because most products from Stadium Custom Kicks are custom made and hand-painted to order, we begin preparing orders shortly after they are placed.

Modifications or Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

Requests may be possible before production begins. Once an order has entered the production or customization stage, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

What to Include in Your Request

To help us review your request quickly, please include:

• Your order number

• The email address used at checkout

• The change you are requesting

Important Note

Custom orders are created specifically for each customer, so we are often unable to make changes once production has started.
