What if my package is marked "Delivered" but I haven't received it?
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package yet, there are a few things you can check first.
Check Around Your Delivery Location
Carriers sometimes leave packages in nearby safe locations. Please check:

Garage or building lobby

Neighbors or household members who may have accepted the delivery
Allow Extra Time
In some cases, carriers mark a package as delivered a few hours early. The package may still arrive later the same day.

If the package still hasn’t appeared after checking the above, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. They may be able to provide additional delivery details or GPS confirmation.
