Return & Refund Policy

Because each order is customized and made specifically for the client, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom orders once an order is placed. There are no exceptions to this policy for personalized or made-to-order products.

However, in certain regions (such as the European Union), local laws may require us to accept returns under specific conditions. Please see details below.


Non-Custom Items (If Applicable)

If you ordered a non-custom product (such as accessories or non-personalized merchandise), you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@stadiumcustomkicks.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Do not send items back without prior approval.


Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized items (including all footwear designs)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

Other items not eligible for return include hazardous materials or any perishable or personal care items.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for custom products. If your item qualifies as a returnable product, the fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original item (if accepted) and place a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, for non-custom items only. Items must be returned unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Custom-made products are not eligible under this exception.


Refunds

If a refund is approved after return inspection, we will process it back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you haven’t received it, please contact us at info@stadiumcustomkicks.com.

Since each order is individualized to the client, there are no returns, exchanges, or refunds on any orders once the order is placed. There are no exceptions to this policy. For any serious issues, please message us and we will assist you as best as possible.
